  • Serious liver or kidney disease
  • An infection you’re being treated for

  • High blood pressure that isn’t controlled, or serious heart disease
  • An allergy to peptides or injection ingredients
  • Feeling very anxious about injections or new treatments

What a course looks like: Usually 4 to 8 weeks (up to 12 for the copper peptide), then a 4-week break before another round. Your clinician sets your dose.

Can I order it straight away?
No. You complete a health screening first, then a clinician reviews it. Ordering opens only if you're approved.
Who sees my health information?
Your assigned clinician. Delivery and support staff see what they need to get an order to you, not your health details.
Can I change my dose?
No, your clinician sets it. You can change when your reminders arrive, and you can message your clinician any time.
Is there a subscription?
There's On repeat. After your first pen, switch it on and we'll check in about 10 days before you run out. Answer, and your next pen ships from the packs your clinician approved. If anything feels off, your clinician looks first. Pause, skip or stop any time.
